Introduction
In 2014, the Precious Children Foundation (PCF) launched the Enrich Program with a vision to support children of incarcerated parents. Over the years, the program has touched the lives of thousands, including one young girl from Mumbai whose story of resilience exemplifies the power of community support.
A Story of Transformation
At the age of seven, this young girl faced the harsh reality of having her parent incarcerated. Isolated from peers and struggling academically, she became one of the many silent victims of her parent’s imprisonment. The Enrich Program stepped in, providing her with academic support, school materials, and regular counseling.
